Will I be searched on entry to AIR?
All customers entering AIR are subject to a personal search. Refusal to be searched will result in non-admission.

What reasons can I be refused entry?
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without reason, however, usual reasons include; intoxication, attitude, appearance or search failure.

Is there a dress code?
Dress code at air depends on the type of event you are attending. Broadly, we DO NOT allow; hooded garments, caps, hats or sportswear. Fashion Trainers are acceptable. It is advisable to check the individual dress code for the event you are attending, details can be found on the ticket site you have purchased your ticket from or on the event flier.

How old do I have to be to enter AIR?
18 years of age. AIR operates a strict ‘Challenge 21’ entry policy. If you appear under the age of 21, you will have to prove that you are over the age of 18. Acceptable forms if identification are: a Valid Passport, Valid Driving Licence and AGE Card displaying the PASS Hologram

Can I leave and re-enter Air throughout the night?
There is no re-entry once you leave the club.

Can I pay by card on the door?
Only cash payments are accepted on entry.

Can I pay by card on the bar?
Card payments are accepted at the Oxygen Bar and Carbon Lounge Bar. There is a minimum spend of £5.00 plus a £1.00 service charge on each transaction.

Can I get ‘Cash Back’?
We DO NOT offer a ‘Cash Back’ facility.

Do you have a Cash Machine inside Air?
We have an ATM situated on the Oxygen Bar balcony area.

Do you accept any other currency than GBP Sterling?
We only accept British Pounds.

Can I take photos/video footage inside the club?
Taking pictures and videos with mobile phones and basic ‘point click’ cameras is fine. Larger SLR cameras and camcorders are NOT permitted without prior written approval and press pass.

Do you have a smoking area?
Air has a large smoking area adjacent to the venue. Cigarettes can be purchased from machines inside the club adjacent to the smoking area entrance.

How much is entry to Air?
Entry prices are all dependent on the event. Please check the relevant admission charge before arriving. A clear indication of admission charges will be displayed on entry to the venue on the night.

What drinks are available at Air?
Bottled Beers (Stella Artois, Budweiser & Corona)
Bottled RTD (VK Blue, VK ICE, VK Pear)
Pouring Vodka (Eristoff)

Do you offer drinks promotions
Air is accredited by ‘Best Bar None’ and therefore is committed to ensuring responsible drinking at the venue. For this reason we do not offer irresponsibly low drinks promotions. Selected brand specific promotions will sometimes be available on certain products such as VK and Corona on mainstream nights. We also offer lower student friendly prices on specific student events held at the venue, these offers will be advertised at the time on individual event marketing material.

What is your lost property/left items procedure?
If you lose an item of property please report it immediately on the night, we may be able to reunite you with your property before the end of the night if it is handed in! Speak to a member of staff at the front door who will advise you and pass you onto a Senior Manager if necessary. If your property is not handed in it may be found at a later stage so please contact us in the week using the details on the contact page. All items, which are left behind in the cloakroom or venue, will be disposed of after 1 month if no claim is made.

What do I do if I lose my cloakroom ticket?
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do until all other garments have been claimed from the cloakroom. You can either remain until the end of the night or contact us after the event.

How do I make a complaint?
We take complaints at air extremely seriously and therefore encourage you to report any incident or complaint immediately. If a Senior Manager is available a log will be made and we will attempt to resolve any matter on the night. Sometimes it may be necessary to follow your complaint up at a later stage, you will be given a complaint form with full complaint and contact details on the night. Your complaint will be dealt with as soon as is reasonably possible.

Can I hire AIR for a private party?
We are happy to hire the Nitrogen Room, Oxygen Bar or Carbon Lounge to private individuals. Maybe you wish to hire the Nitrogen Room for a Birthday Party, the Carbon Lounge for a pre event exclusive party or after party or just a private booth for the night.
